Golden Fields

The sun sets so early this time of year, so it's easy to grab some beautiful scenery at 4:00 in the afternoon. I just love how the grass and trees light up with gold as the sun goes down. I only wish I could better capture how beautiful the Lord's creation is.

It was doubly fun, as she doesn't normally let me take her picture, and I much enjoyed the time with her!

 Since I live in the country out in the middle of nowhere, I am presently contented

only with taking pictures of my dog, and the beautiful autumn scenery.

Gypsy's captions included, since I'm pretty sure I can read his mind.

 

"Whoa, what's that black eye-looking thing she's pointing in my face?"

"Ok, this is awkward, she's invading my personal space."

"Seriously, are you done yet?"

"Ok, ok, now, way too close."

"Wow. I give up."

"This is absolutely...SQUIRREL!"

"Where'd that squirrel go?"

"Alright, fine, I'll look at the camera. This had better be the last one."
